This article discusses the role of the institute of judicial review in ensuring the independence of the judiciary; its importance in ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens; its differences from fair trial; its types and forms of implementation; its subjects and objects; its purpose and content; its characteristics of execution through legal and disciplinary norms; its functions in law enforcement, regulation, organizational maintenance, education; as well as its prospects in strengthening the independence of the judiciary from other branches of government.
В статье рассматривается актуальная проблема современного развития СМИ, связанная с использованием журналистами технологии шоковых заявлений. Цель статьи – изучение специфики использования шокового высказывания в материалах французского портала «Le Figaro» в 2022 г. Научная и практическая значимость исследования заключается в развитии научных знаний по данному вопросу, возможность использования результатов исследования в диссертациях и монографиях. Материалы исследования полезны в работе журналистов и редакционной политике СМИ. Методология исследования основана на использовании специальных методов: лингвокультурологический анализ текстов французского портала «Фигаро», контекстуальный анализ использования средств ударного высказывания, изучение контекстуальных аппликаций представителей данной технологии в Новости. Автор статьи приходит к выводу, что подавляющее большинство проанализированных материалов содержат элементы шокового высказывания для повышения рейтинга изданий, оказывающих деструктивное воздействие на массовое сознание, но решающих задачу максимального вовлечения читателей. Автор считает, что для изменения ситуации требуется разработка более этичных средств повышения рейтингов СМИ.
The H. pylori bacterium, which resides in the human stomach and is linked to a number of
gastrointestinal illnesses, is introduced in-depth in this article. We examine how H. pylori
establishes infection, thwarts the hosting immune response, and causes inflammation as
we explore the pathophysiology of this bacterium. We also talked about how H. pylori
influences host cells and develops a favorable environment for survival. We also go over the
many methods for identifying H. pylori, such as endoscopy, biopsy, blood, breath, feces, and
others. We stress the importance of an accurate and speedy diagnosis while outlining the
advantages and disadvantages of each diagnostic strategy to manage disorders caused by H.
pylori effectively. Throughout this review, we aim to unravel the mysteries surrounding H.
pylori, providing valuable insights into its pathogenesis, the intricate interplay of virulence
factors, and the diverse diagnostic strategies employed in clinical practice. Enhancing our
understanding of H. pylori can pave the way for improved therapies and patient outcomes.

The paper presents the statement and methods for solving dynamic problems of multiply connected structurally inhomogeneous shell structures, which make it possible to reduce the problem of calculating a wide class of engineering structures to computer-aided design tasks. On the basis of numerical experiments and multi-parameter analysis of the system as a whole, a number of fundamentally important applied problems have been solved for calculating the dynamic characteristics of oscillations (frequencies, modes, determinant resonant amplitudes and damping coefficients) of special structures depending on the parameters of structural inhomogeneity. The results obtained made it possible to identify some mechanical effects of theoretical and practical importance. The developed methods and algorithms allow, at the stage of inhomogeneous systems design, combining inhomogeneous materials and connections with various rheological properties, to establish the ranges of parameter values for numerical-experimental search of the most rational (in terms of efficiency) dissipative properties and material consumption of engineering structures. It was established that an account for nonlinear strain in the material does not strongly distort the picture of linearly viscoelastic calculation.
This study explores the co-movement of the cryptocurrency market returns across four cryptocurrencies indices (Bitcoin,Ethereum,Litecoin, and Ripple) and gold market return by employing daily data for all five indices end on June 15, 2021, and start on August 17, 2015. We focus on the interdependence among returns of cryptocurrencies and gold pre and during the Covid-19 pandemic period.
We use continuous wavelet analysis which type of wavelet method, as the best approach for the non-stationary time series, is clarified into various frequency bands, which are disconnected into segments in the time domain. Our choice of variables is based on the economic theory and appropriate to the problem statement and objectives through which we seek the solutions to the economic problems. Wavelet coherence results indicated a relatively high degree of co-movement among cryptocurrencies returns. However, co-movement between cryptocurrencies and gold market returns showed a low correlation over the sample time period.
It means, thus indicating not giving opportunity for portfolio diversification among cryptocurrency markets during the covid-19 pandemic period. Our results should be of great interest to both scholars and policymakers, as well as investment professionals interested in the financial implications of both COVID-19 and cryptocurrencies.

This research employs a multifaceted methodology, including an extensive literature review, technological analysis, case studies evaluation, and stakeholder interviews, to provide a comprehensive overview of the current applications and future prospects of blockchain in this sector. Key areas of focus include the use of blockchain for peer-to-peer energy trading, enhancing renewable energy integration, and improving grid management and supply chain transparency. The paper discusses the technical and practical challenges of implementing blockchain solutions, such as scalability issues and energy consumption concerns, particularly in proof-of-work models. Through the analysis of various case studies and expert opinions, the paper highlights the potential of blockchain to revolutionize the energy sector by enabling more democratic, efficient, and sustainable energy systems.
